great location equipped room door latch customer service
The location rocks since it is right by the train station! Everything was so clean I loved it. It was quiet too. I loved it was warm and the room was equipped well. I really really recommend it!
The door latch did not work in my room. I contacted customer service so I could get it solved. The door latch problem made me uncomfortable though. It was troublesome!

I found the apartment well-equipped. I appreciated the provided soap. The location is right next to the railway station. Trains run every 10 minutes, and the ride takes 10 minutes. I hardly heard them with the windows closed.
The tv switched off randomly.

random tv uncomfortable lights
the location was good with nearby public transportation options. i appreciate the convenient access to different parts of the city.
the tv would randomly turn off, annoying. the thermostat seemed to reset itself, it always returned to auto mode even after setting it to the maximum temperature. also, we weren't sure how to sort the trash and had to put everything in one container. the lights in the studio were not comfortable to look at.
